Hello, A second RC was just released [2]; it includes translations contributed until yesterday (roughly 2012-03-14 08:50:00 UTC).
If everything goes according to plan, the final 1.4 release will happen on March 21st. We'll probably pull the translations from Transifex on March 20th. I'd like to draw the attention of the Russian maintainers to ticket #17901; at least one string appears to be off in the admin translations [3]. Thanks and keep up the good work! -- Aymeric.
