Hi all, As you've probably heard, we've released the first Django 1.3 release candidate, which means we are in string freeze mode. Between now and the final release, no new strings or changes to existing strings will be accepted in the code base to make it easier for you to translate Django.
As mentioned earlier, there is a 1.3 status page at Transifex to track the progress of Django's translations: http://www.transifex.net/projects/p/django/r/one-dot-three/ Additionally, we are still seeking translation coordinators for the following languages: - cy (Welsh) - fy_NL (Frisian) - hi (Hindi) - km (Khmer) - ko (Korean) - vi (Vietnamese) If you're interested in becoming a translation coordinator for one of these languages, you can sign up and join the Django translation project at Transifex. http://www.transifex.net/projects/p/django/ Pending team membership requests -------------------------------- I've been asked by multiple translators who requested team membership and haven't heard back from the team coordinators. Since we are now on a tight schedule, I'd like to encourage all coordinators to check their team page for pending requests and actually Approve or Deny them. If there are any questions, please don't hesitate to ask, Jannis -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Django internationalization and localization" group.
