Posting review request is not a part of our workflow. You should uncheck "Patch needs improvement" flag on the ticket if you think that it is ready for review. Currently it is not in tickets waiting for review (see Patches needing review <https://code.djangoproject.com/query?status=!closed&needs_better_patch=0&needs_tests=0&needs_docs=0&has_patch=1&stage=Accepted&desc=1&order=changetime>). You need to be patient we have +30 tickets waiting for review.
