I really hate to dig up an old thread, but was curious if there were
additional discussions or decisions regarding LTS. As much as our large,
commercial project would love to stay on the cutting edge, our maintenance
scenarios require that we settle in on a release for awhile.

I'm concerned that we will soon have no supported LTS version and no
recommendation for which previously-released version to settle on until a
new LTS release is announced. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide!
