The intention of WONTFIX is "yes, this is possibly valid, but in the state this ticket is written it is being closed". Using anything else that doesn't close the ticket just lets it hang out as cruft.
I'm OK with it being a closed state, if that helps. I'd just prefer a slightly friendlier name for it.
