I agree with Alex: I'd prefer if this information was community-managed.

These pages aren't sufficiently structured yet, but it's mostly a
matter of listing the N most popular solutions in an index page, and
creating a page for each of them.

For what it's worth my team uses vim, emacs, TextMate, Sublime Text,
PyCharm, Eclipse :)
