User experience research normally includes interviews and shadowing sessions that aim to study an individual's experience while trying to achieve a desired outcome. I was initially thinking on focusing the research in the experience that the under represented groups surfaced in this survey have when they *try* to contribute to an Apache project for the first time. This research is precisely what I understand you're requesting here. Happy to see you agree with that proposal. Additionally, we submitted another budget request item to redesign the current survey with the objective of bringing a better understanding of our current status. > Cheers, > > Daniel > [please Cc] > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: diversity-unsubscr...@apache.org > For additional commands, e-mail: diversity-h...@apache.org > >
