My presentation at ApacheCon 2018[1] includes a slide on just some of the things that JSConf EU 2018 did to ensure accessibility and inclusivity. Note especially the link to the Global Diversity CFP Day event[2] which I think is gangbusters, and we should consider hosting one of those at ApacheCon. They've expanded that this year with even more[3].
