I have started a draft Resources page,

I would like people to review the draft from three points of view:
1. General concept and layout: I am planning to group links by general
topic, and add a brief descriptive comment for each link.
2. Language: Is my writing clear and non-offensive. Any suggested
improvements?
3. Links: Please add links that should be included, either by directly
editing them into the "Unclassified" list, or by e-mailing them.
Feel free to suggest classification and comment for any of the
"Unclassified" links.
