I was filling out some blanks in the column "Why is this strategy important to them?" for users/contributors/commiters/members/board and I really felt like for "committers" especially I would like to hear from them. Even committers not on this list would have valuable input into what D&I means for them. I know enough committers personally (mostly Beam & neighboring projects) that I could ask around and record the gist of it. What is most helpful for the document?
