This is somewhat unrelated to the above, as my server isn't hosted in
Israel, but still. I sent him an email asking whether I can run a pool
server on a VPS. His answer was a short "it depends", without giving me
any details on depending on what, or any indication how to move forward
from that position. So I let the matter drop.
