May I propose an amendment to the first freedom (as in 
https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html)?

"The freedom to run the program as you wish, for any purpose (freedom 0)."

should become

"The freedom to run (or NOT to run) the program as you wish, for any purpose 
(freedom 0)."

Of course it's redundant, but it emphasizes the liberty to opt-out.
