Open vSwitch has a new vulnerability management process:

Step 4 in this process is "Embargoed Disclosure", in which the security
advisory and patches are sent to downstream stakeholders, who are major
Open vSwitch users or distributors. We are now inviting users to apply
to join the list of downstream stakeholders. To apply as a
representative of a downstream stakeholder, please send an email to
secur...@openvswitch.org. Please include a few sentences on how your
organization uses Open vSwitch and why you are an appropriate
representative.
