I have to do step by step for QOS lab on website(openvswitch.org) http://openvswitch.org/support/config-cookbooks/qos-rate-limiting . But when I test result after complete configuration of openvswitch. I faced a more difference than result on web site. When I test on VM, bandwidth do not limited. But when I test on Measurement host. When I sent traffic to VM that was be limited bandwidth, I saw that bandwidth was be limited to follow number rate that I had configured on port tap. I think this ingress policing have effect to incoming traffic to VM. When I set qos on tap, when I test, It is effect with outgoing traffic from VM. I think to have a mistake about result on lab on home page. and I have a question. If I have to limit rate at point 500KB/s, What value I have to set ingress_policing_rate?. Thanks you so much!
