i'm building my network with mininet but when i add this flow it works
correctly. i use OVS 2.1.0.

 sudo ovs-ofctl -O OpenFlow13 add-flow s5
in_port=1,cookie=5,idle_timeout=90,icmp,dl_vlan=0x0040,actions=strip_vlan,output:2

ovs-vsctl --version
ovs-vsctl (Open vSwitch) 2.1.0
Compiled May 26 2014 15:38:17

 ovs-ofctl --version
ovs-ofctl (Open vSwitch) 2.1.0
Compiled May 26 2014 15:38:15
OpenFlow versions 0x1:0x4

did something happen in v2.3.0 to affect vlan?
