Hi all,
I'm using OVSwitch with Mininet 2.1.0+ and Pox controller (Dart branch).
I have a topology with 100 hosts in which 98 are attackers and perform SYN
Flood attack.
I'm trying to block traffic related to attackers mac addresses, to do this
my controller send a flow mod with in which there is no action specified
but the flow is not blocked.
I've checked on wireshark if controller has sent the flow mod (it did it)
and than I've also checked if the rule is installed on the flow table with
a flow stat but I can't find the rule installed on the switch (that's why
the traffic is not blocked).
Do you have any idea of the reason why if the flowmod is sent, the rule is
not installed?
I supposed it could be because I have a large amount of traffic and some
packets could be dropped, but I have also checked the port stats and the is
no dropped packet.

Thanks
