Hello OVS Group!
I have looked at the cookbook on QoS rate-limiting here:

This is for all traffic on an interface.
Does someone have a pointer or can provide ideas on how you can configure
ingress policing per flow (e.g., all traffic to IP X on Port Y)?
I guess something like sending flows to queues that are metered but I'm not
sure and haven't found specific examples yet of how you could implement this in
OVS.
