My intention is to create a virtualnetwork between vms. Let us assume two networks: I set a gre tunnel between two openvswitches which are located on two pc, each pc belongs to a different network.
Now, I make sure there is just one dhcp server and it is on the network 1. Also, I make sure that broadcasted messages are sent on all openvswitch ports, so into gre port too. Will this work? Will every vm on the network 2 obtain ip address from the dhcp located on the network 2 ?
