The transcript shows that you configured mirroring of qvo67f46914-b5 incoming and outgoing packets to qvo5271d2db-df, and then you dumped traffic on the latter and saw that there was traffic, so presumably the port mirror is working. Then you dumped eth0, which hadn't previously been mentioned, and didn't see traffic. Then, using a leap of logic I don't understand, you concluded something was wrong.
