Hi, Ben, I find the problem. I previously port the code (downloaded from openvwitch git) to bitbucket, and some files are ignored by bitbucket (including debian/control). So when I clone from bitbucket, the problem occurs and the problem disappears after recovering those files. It seems rather tricky. Thanks a lot for your help!
