Maybe this should be posted to the Floodlight ML as well ?

    Goodmorning everybody,

    The new GreenMST module for Floodlight has been developed.

    GreenMST is a module used to build the Minimum Spanning Tree of an
    OpenFlow network, thus avoiding brodcast storm, using looped
    topologies with the LearningSwitch module and switches not
    supporting the Spanning Tree Protocol.

    It can be useful for those people who want to start learning the
    OpenFlow protocol and experiment Floodlight functionalities just
    using the easy LearningSwitch module.

    Full istruction and download at: http://github.com/LucaPrete/GreenMST
    Paper about the first version of GreenMST for Beacon controller on

http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/articleDetails.jsp?reload=true&arnumber=6385045

    Hope it will help,

    Kind regards,
