Flow based tunneling means that tunnels will be created according to flows that will include the source and destination IPs of the tunnel and by that will specify the endpoints of the tunnel. As I understand from your answer this is not what happen in Openvswitch today. Can you explain then what do you mean when you say flow based tunneling support in Openvswitch today? Are there any plans to export flow based tunneling to the user (allow the user to specify tunnels via flows)?
