i just want to establish my opinion, because i was really confuse, i'm refer to many resource, and theirs opinions is different about this. in open vswitch when create Qos always following commands max-rate and min-rate..e.g* max-rate=1000000000..*this is my questions 1000000000 is running in kbps or bps ?
