halo all, i hope you can help within my QoS configuration here :
my topology is based on
http://openvswitch.org/support/config-cookbooks/qos-rate-limiting/
on Client1: br0, within port : tap0, tap1,
Client 2 : as measurement host, Ubuntu 12.04; iperf
as example, in tap0 i want to limit rate 15Mb
Ingress Policing Configuration
1.) enable kernel module
