It sounds like you just need two IP addresses on different ports on a
single bridge.  That's easy.  To add another IP address to a bridge,
create an "internal" interface, then configure it with ifconfig in the
usual way, e.g.:

        ovs-vsctl add-port br0 myif -- set interface myif type=internal
        ifconfig myif 1.2.3.4
