Hello Hiroshi, I think you are asking how you can install vswitch on the embedded (flash) version of XenServer 5.5 which is supplied by HP, is that right?
In this configuration the root filesystem is readonly and therefore you will be unable to install the vswitch software, I'm afraid there is no workaround (that I know of) for this other than to install the non-flash version of XenServer. FWIW from XenServer 5.6 onwards the flash based version of XenServer will no longer be available and the installer upgrade path will take care of transitioning/migrating your systems to the HDD based version.
