This is a systems administrator with a strong focus on Web Operations, someone who would fit the mold of what the "ops" part of the DevOps equation is about. We work hard to practice DevOps daily, but with the unique spin that the developers we work with are also our customers or work for our customers.
A typical day may find you doing anything from working to help optimize SQL queries to provisioning and setting a pile of LAMP servers to help scale an app an agency launched that is getting crushed on the VPS they were using, so they brought it to you, and of course you get them up and running and staying snappy.
