I had a good experience with using http://www.pcdisposal.com/ for when
we had to clear out a cage of ours at an old datacenter.  They came
and took the equipment off the racks, stacked them on pallets and
moved them out.  They ensure all the equipment gets recycle and also
offer a program where they will try to sell some of the equipment for
you and divide the money up.  They also handled the wiping of drives.
