I'm about to rebuild a mail server, and am looking for suggestions about what
people are using these days. I need to manage users, antispam, and antivirus.

I run a mail server for a few nonprofits, and myself & a few friends. Some of
them should probably move to Google Apps for domains, but I like to have
control over my mail still, and it's good to keep up w/ the email world, too :)

It'll be running on a centos 5 (virtual) box.

What i'm looking for is the management side- I was using Maia Mailguard, but
it's grown out of date. There has to be newer packages out there to help
manage AntiSpam settings for users, and support gray boxes for email and the
like.

Ideally, it'd help support & manage greylisting, retrieving spam messages,
etc.

I had been using postfix-admin to manage the users, as a nice frontend to
present to end user client admins.

Anyone have any thoughts? I'll be looking at Amavisd, but I'm a bit out of
date on this stuff. Haven't rebuilt this box in years,

(Any newer advances in antispam resources wouldn't be adverse, either. I
suspect we've moved away from image scanning, at this point. I'm a fan of the
zen.spamhaus DNS-RBL. )
