I think the "mariadb_kernel" repository on github is unrelated to replication in the server, you were probably unfortunate to post it there. > Is it possible to give me the right intructions to replicate two servers with > different databases > in a mirror setup. I found this issue of yours: https://github.com/MariaDB/mariadb_kernel/issues/54 As a general advice, it's important to give precise details about what exactly is done and what the result is when describing a problem, including the exact commands used/actions taken, and the exact error messages resulting. This issue mentions "the two servers is reporting identical ID", I'm guessing this means the value of server_id is the same on both servers: SELECT @@GLOBAL.server_id; It is necessary to have a different value on each server, apparently something went wrong with the configuration. Since this setup has two concurrent masters, and (it looks like) the default mode of Master_using_gtid=slave_pos is used, it will also be necessary to set a different value of gtid_domain_id on both servers. Hope this helps, - Kristian. _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected]
