Is it possible that "App" is stuck in an upgrade loop?
It may be either creating a temporary table to hold the data, or just
holding it in memory, then dropping the table and recreating it with
same/new schema. Perhaps that's hitting an error late in the process
and failing, then retrying later.
According to the customer, 'app' was not deployed nor migrated. But I'm
also leaning to something like a temporary table holding data in memory,
although I have no clue what the trigger would have been.
Perhaps check package and app logs as well as maria's?
If not that, then no clue from here, sorry.
