Is it possible that the reason only 2.7% hacer voted is because nobody else 
knows about it? The only reason I found out about it was because of the 
complaints on here about the format of the q&a. I checked my spam box, and 
while there were some messages in there, none were official lopsa 
correspondence about the election.
