"The LC will pick the best questions and the candidates will post their answers for you to read." In previous years, there was nobody acting as a "filter" to determine what questions the members were or were-not allowed to ask candidates during the IRC sessions. It seems inappropriate to add such a filter, given the historically open nature of the organization. The LC, in my opinion, should pass along to candidates *all* questions, and the candidates can choose to answer each question (or not) as they see fit, any or all the questions posed. Surely there will be duplicate questions (or extremely similar), and candidates could simply group those together and answer them collectively, like say: Q: "How will you get us to 1000 members?" - J.Doe Q: "What's your plan to grow the membership?" - M.Smith A: I plan to ....
