Stuff I've seen in IT literature suggests that cloud-based directory
services for anything other than stuff in the same cloud is *very* hard to
sell, so most places have given up. AFAICT https://www.jumpcloud.com/ is
about the only one in that space currently. (They *do* have a "first ten
users free forever" thing going on, though....)
