I use okta at work, I don't have anything to do with managing it but from the user side it is mostly okay.

However we (people in the office) get a problem with Google Docs, the first one is that it is difficult to share your "home" and "work" identity, so you pretty much have to only use one browser for your work okta and another browser for "home" Google stuff. This may or may not be a big thing for you.

The other problem is that there seems to be a bug between Google and Okta. Every now and then (couple of times per month) okta will stop authenticating you into Google ( Error is "Really? You know this site is protected by ninjas, right?" ). The only fix seems to be to delete *all* Google and okta cookies and restart your browser.
