However, I am no longer on that list, having recently resigned, and since the Board did not appoint a replacement, it's not obvious in writing anywhere that my seat is empty and up for filling this cycle.
The answer is that there are 5 LOPSA Board of Directors seats up for filling in this 2013 election season. There are 3 incumbents running for re-election and two of us who are not running again this term (myself and Philip Kizer).
