Your blog post makes the point that Salt is more than that and give an
example of specifying config management idempotent changes.  You give
an example of how to specify how to copy a file to machines (source:
salt://base/files/sshd_config).  Could you expand on that and explain
(1) how to select which machines get which files, (2) operations other
than copying a file (install packages, etc.).
