I probably should have stated ahead of time that I'd verified that
things seemed to be royally borked. I'd already looked at the IP, and
also at when (and whether) the site seemed to change dramatically around
January of this year. It may have started to lose focus in 2009,
however. Amazingly, there is NO Wikipedia page for Cheapbytes, even
though it was (at least at one time) an enormous force for the spread of
various operating systems.
I think that I'm going to be sad about whatever news comes out of this.
