Lumbar

Yoga.  At least once per week.  Consistent.  
You may skip one week, but if you skip two, the back pain will return.
Don't let it get out of control.

If you let it lapse, you'll suddenly strain your back for no apparent reason
one day, and be stuck in bed for 4 days and another 2-3 weeks before you can
return back to a regular habit.  Seriously, prevention is where you want to
focus, and yoga (or similar exercise) is the way to do it.
