My first upgrade failed and ended up reloading f38. Recently I upgraded a hromebook to F39 and an 09Sonly laptop to F39 without error messages, The original failure stopped recognizing the correct password. sudo dnf upgrade --refresh I then followed this > sudo dnf install dnf-plugin-system-upgrade > sudo dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=39 > sudo dnf system-upgrade reboot errors started here: gnome shell quit could not continue. report processing failed. - element frames invalid and element missing.
i did not continue, I seem to have all my apps working. fed39 uptodate, gnome 45.2 So- Should I do any of the following since I seem to be working? Arnie > sudo dnf clean packagesDownload complete!
