The current weather guess on weather.com has it being most likely to rain in the morning, which would make a later start better. But this is Boston and weather is highly subject to change. weather.gov says "A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 3pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 91. Southwest wind 3 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%."
I'd say to wait until tomorrow to make the call, and lean toward the later start.
