Perhaps Red Hat is a sponsor of Flatpak, but that does not put the same level of Snap/Canonical as a commercial product. I think the Flatpak project was more closely linked to GNOME long until independence, but their comments do not respect that decision at all. I can not find any information on the website of Red Hat or Flatpak to say that this is so.
To me it caught my attention because it is the only place that says that and is being used in forums to say "Look, Flatpak is a product of Red Hat"...
