AFAIK, TDF > unto this day does not exist as a legal entity. At the moment the legal entity is "Freies Office Deutschland e.V." (e.V. = eingetragener Verein = incorporated society / registered association). TDF is part of it. The by-laws of FrODeV explicitely cater for such situations.
