Hi, I can take the same role as I used to do at OOo.
So if anybody is willing to help with this (establishing and later work within these processes). we might build a small team and then discuss the issue.
May be we open some Task-Issues at FreeDesktop Bugzilla how to improve the system? I am pretty sure that that will work if interested people (with permissions for (FreeDesktop Bugzilla) will watch that Issues. I will think about this issue and Initiate such Bugzilla improvement process during following weekend.
