I'll take the bait. I don't think xubuntu sucks. Had been using it for over a year in a work environment and it never failed me. Used it at home for a couple of years too. Things have been working so far I vote a virtual instance of xubuntu! - Eric, the one typing on a Windows 8 laptop.
