I've been running Fedora 14 on my Acer Aspire for a number of years. There was an initial problem with the widescreen display (the default always seems to be 4 X 3. Does ANY laptop still have a 4 X 3 screen???) But there was a website that addressed the problem and I've had no trouble since. On the other hand, I've had trouble with Ubuntus on every Acer machine I've owned, including the one I'm typing on right now. S for me, Fedora rules.
