On the GNU Radio Wiki in the Block Docs category the Low Pass Filter

the sample rate is the input sample rate. This is correct when there is
no decimation or interpolation and it is correct when there is
decimation. This is not correct when there is interpolation, in this
case the sample rate is the output sample rate. Please update the
documentation. (I would have left a note in the wiki but but the
Discussion page doesn't exist for this block and can't be created by
