Try the attached flow graph. I tested it with an Ettus B210.

Hi All,

I have a very simple requirement: I want to generate some random signal with 10MHz bandwidth, at the center frequency of 1GHz. How can I make this?

1)

When I use "band *PASS *filter":

[noise source]---[band *PASS *filter]---[qt gui frequency sink]

The picture looks like a band *REJECT *filter.

I don't know what happened.

2)

And I cannot make noise at centre frequency 1GHz.

The filter block warns me: firdes checked failed: 0 < fa <= sampling_freq/2.

But if I want to make the center freq at 1GHz, isn't it the sampling_freq should be 2GHz?!

It seems to me that it is an too high (impossible) sampling_freq.

Thanks and look forward to your help!
