Hello Julian - It is unclear as to what is not working for you, so it is kind of hard to suggest improvements.

In situations like these it is important to have a test signal to 'play around with' so you can study and understand the issues more fully.

I would either,

1) Record one or more sample signals for later playback into your processing flowgraph.

or

2) Make a flowgraph that generates a test signal that you can then pass into your signal processing flowgraph.

Then you can play the test signals and go block by block of your signal processing flowgraph to understand what is going on.
