Steve,
in your list I see two different version of the 'gobject-introspection' package:

- gobject-introspection-1.69.0
- gobject-introspection-1.70.0

Perhaps one of them was used during the build of GNU Radio Companion, while the 
other one is used at runtime when you run 'gnuradio-companion'?
